Overview: This is a team lead role, guiding and mentoring a cross-functional team in the Content Management System (CMS) space. The project involves developing and deploying microservices in the cloud using Java and API development within an Agile environment. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the development team in CMS tasks (ContentStack or similar). Develop and deploy microservices using Azure Kubernetes, Azure Functions, and Azure APIM. Scale services in the cloud and manage Azure containers. Collaborate on API development and integration. Apply Agile methodology in project execution. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer. Strong experience in CMS (ContentStack or similar) and API development. Proficient in Java, Golang, and developing microservices in the cloud. Experience with Kubernetes in the cloud, preferably Azure. Experience with scaling services and managing Azure containers and functions. Agile methodology expertise. Team lead experience with a focus on mentoring. Nice to Have: Experience as a Senior Technical Lead. Custom CMS development. Strong mentorship and coaching abilities. Additional Details: Hybrid role, 40 hours per week. Project-based with potential for extension depending on project duration.
