Job Description
We are an IT services company specializing in offshore staff augmentation, custom software development, and digital solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive who can connect with decision-makers, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth through LinkedIn and email outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
● Research and identify potential clients on LinkedIn and other platforms.
● Run targeted LinkedIn campaigns to connect with business owners, CTOs, and hiring managers.
● Draft and send personalized email campaigns to pitch offshore staff augmentation services.
● Follow up on leads, schedule calls/meetings, and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team.
● Maintain and update the CRM with lead information and activity logs.
● Work with the sales/marketing team to fine-tune messaging and outreach strategy.
Requirements:
● 0-1 year of experience in Lead Generation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Email Marketing (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
● Basic knowledge of IT services and offshore staffing will be an advantage.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
