Job Description

The Lead-ServiceNow SPM Analyst will manage and enhance the ServiceNow SPM module to support strategic portfolio management (SPM) activities, including demand, resource, and portfolio management. This role combines collaboration with Agile Teams and technical expertise with stakeholder collaboration to optimize portfolio performance. Core Responsibilities Manage and maintain ServiceNow SPM/ITBM modules (Idea, Demand, Portfolio, Program, Project, Resource). Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into SPM solutions and drive adoption. Design and manage scorecards, dashboards, and reports; ensure data accuracy. Guide demand and resource management activities, including reviews and assessments. Gather requirements, maintain user stories, and ensure alignment with Agile delivery practices. Collaborate with Agile teams to prioritize backlogs and ensure seamless delivery of SPM solutions. Provide training and support to end-users and align solutions with platform standards. Oversee development lifecycle, including sprint planning, story refinement, and testing. Drive continuous improvement and maintain process documentation. Qualified Candidates Will Have: Strong analytical skills to optimize SPM workflows and processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders. Experience with ServiceNow SPM modules and IT PMO functions. Proven ability to document processes, analyze data, and deliver effective solutions.
