We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead/Sr Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models in a production environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end ML solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python and relevant ML libraries.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated model deployment and testing.
• Monitor model performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build scalable and robust ML systems.
• Ensure the reliability and security of ML infrastructure.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, PyTorch).
• Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles and algorithms.
