Job Description

<p>We are seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to support our client’s training and organizational development initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys blending administrative excellence with hands-on L&D expertise.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Provide administrative and logistical support for the Learning & Development team</li><li>Manage training calendars, scheduling, and communications</li><li>Maintain and support Learning Management Systems (LMS)</li><li>Track participation, compliance, and generate detailed reporting/analytics</li><li>Assist with instructional design and learning material preparation</li><li>Partner with stakeholders to ensure a client-focused learner experience</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For:</h3><ul><li>Strong administrative and organizational skills</li><li>Working knowledge of LMS platforms</li><li>Advanced Excel skills - data mining, reporting, dashboards</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Knowledge of instructional design principles a plus</li><li>Client-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills</li></ul>
