We are seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to support our client’s training and organizational development initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys blending administrative excellence with hands-on L&D expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and logistical support for the Learning & Development team
- Manage training calendars, scheduling, and communications
- Maintain and support Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Track participation, compliance, and generate detailed reporting/analytics
- Assist with instructional design and learning material preparation
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure a client-focused learner experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of LMS platforms
- Advanced Excel skills - data mining, reporting, dashboards
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of instructional design principles a plus
- Client-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills
