MBG Legal Consultants is looking for a highly skilled Legal Associate with strong expertise in corporate and commercial matters to join our team.

📌 Key Responsibilities & Competencies

• Drafting & reviewing simple and complex contracts: Lease Agreements, Sale & Purchase Agreements, Distribution Agreements, EPC Contracts, Joint Venture Agreements, etc.
• Providing legal consultation and advice on a wide range of matters including commercial, civil, criminal, and regulatory issues
• Strong background in corporate secretarial & governance functions
• Drafting legal opinions / reports on UAE laws including Civil Transaction Law, Company Law, Real Estate, Construction, Insurance, Commercial Agency & Bankruptcy Law
• Advising and ensuring compliance with ADGM & DIFC laws
• Maintaining legal databases and providing training to enhance legal awareness
• (Preferred) Background in Banking & Finance law
