Job Description

<p>We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our team and support end-to-end management of IP-related matters, contract vetting, legal documentation, and compliance.</p><ul><li>Handle IP matters - trademarks, copyrights, and licensing agreements</li><li>Draft, review & negotiate IP-related contracts and NDAs</li><li>Coordinate with external legal advisors & consultants</li><li>Maintain IP portfolio & track renewals</li><li>Conduct legal research & ensure compliance</li></ul>
