Job Description
1-Organizing appointments and scheduling meetings
2-Attending physical meetings and taking minutes of meeting (ability to document discussions and decisions accurately)
3-Preparing and attending online meetings, and taking minutes
4-Direct communication with clients - via phone or email, and writing necessary correspondences.
5-Data entry and document management (use of software skills like Microsoft Word and Excel to edit and format documents and forms)
6-Organizing and indexing files (archiving documents and regularly updating records)
7-Transcribing audio recordings into written text.

9-Assisting lawyers in collecting data and legal information necessary for cases.
