The Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys in all stages of complex commercial litigation, from initial investigation through trial. This role requires a strong understanding of legal procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness files.
* Manage eDiscovery processes, including data collection, review, and production.
* Prepare and file documents in federal court.
* Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda.
* Maintain and organize case files.
