The role requires hands-on experience with both freezone and mainland logistics, along with strong coordination and documentation skills. Responsibilities: Manage local and international shipments (air, sea, and land) for import/export operations. Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and clearing agents for timely goods delivery. Prepare and handle documentation for freezone and mainland clearances. Apply for government approvals (customs clearance, municipality permits, etc.). Track shipments and update internal teams and customers on delivery timelines. Maintain accurate shipment files and regulatory documentation. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure order fulfillment. Stay up to date with UAE trade regulations and customs processes. Candidate Profile: 12 years of UAE experience as a Logistics Coordinator. Knowledge of UAE logistics procedures, including freezones and mainland. Familiar with Dubai Customs and import/export documentation. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Proficient in MS Office and ERP/inventory systems.
