Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and contributing to the implementation of supply chain strategies and operations aligned with the company's objectives.
- Planning and tracking the shipment of materials/final equipment according to the company's requirements.
- Building and maintaining relationships with transportation and customs clearance networks.
- Coordinating the transfer of equipment/materials and ensuring their arrival at the specified location.
- Ensuring the delivery of required equipment/materials on time, with the required quality, and in compliance with pre-submitted purchase orders.
Monitoring inventory levels of equipment/materials and determining optimal stock levels
- Implementing inventory management procedures to reduce costs and avoid stock shortages.
- Monitoring warehouse requests and organizing materials and equipment to ensure needs are met.
- Maintaining inventory records, executed orders, and related documentation.
- Preparing accurate reports for the Supply Chain Manager regarding assigned tasks.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the integration of supply chain operations.
- Communicating with logistics teams to ensure the delivery of equipment and materials according to schedules.
