Job Description

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (inbound and outbound logistics).</li><li>Manage and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods.</li><li>Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers to arrange loading plans.</li><li>Prepare shipping documents for customs clearance such as (invoices, packing lists, SABER).</li><li>Maintain logistics records.</li><li>Optimize transportation routes and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>SABER registration follow-up and tracking.</li><li>Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and safety standards.</li><li>Handle logistics issues and resolve shipping or delivery problems.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments to align logistics activities with company goals.</li></ul><p>Required Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.</li><li>Proficiency in logistics platforms such as Fasah, SABER, SLS.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping.</li><li>Language English / Arabic reading & writing.</li><li>Strong, demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office.</li></ul>
