Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated M&A / Private Equity Lawyer to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, providing legal advice and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law and M&A/PE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on M&A and private equity issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including merger agreements, stock purchase agreements, and financing documents.
• Advise clients on compliance with securities laws and regulations.
• Assist with due diligence investigations and closing of transactions.
• Collaborate with other members of the legal team to provide comprehensive legal services.
