Job Description
As a member of the Mainframe Security squad, your key responsibilities include:
RACF Management: Maintain and manage RACF database content, including digital certificatesboth manually and via automation.
Security Governance: Establish, document, and enforce mainframe security standards in line with role-based access control (RBAC).
System Security: Administer security settings for mainframe system components.
Development & Maintenance: Design, implement, and maintain programs, jobs, and documentation to support internal processes.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to security and risk initiatives like Critical Asset Recovery, DORA compliance, and Group Security Standard implementation.
Advisory Role: Guide clients in designing and implementing secure mainframe configurations.
Incident Response: Provide third-line support for security incidents involving authentication, authorization, or other mainframe security issues.
On-Call Support: Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (~1 week/month) to address critical job failures during non-business hours, including weekends and holidays.

Proactively close identified risks.
Support audit readiness and compliance activities.
