Our client, a global manufacturing leader, is looking for a Maintenance Engineer I to join their team and help drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain & update weekly/monthly maintenance schedules.
• Lead preventive & predictive maintenance programs to improve asset reliability.
• Coordinate with production to minimize downtime.
• Develop equipment maintenance procedures & documentation.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Track maintenance KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Support plant safety programs and cost-reduction projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing (maintenance & continuous improvement focus).
• Flexible Packaging & plant maintenance experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office & CMMS systems.
• Strong problem-solving & project management skills.
