We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Executive to join our team at Hue Guh The Porto Candolim, a luxury hotel in the heart of Candolim. As a Maintenance Executive, you'll be responsible for ensuring our facilities, equipment, and infrastructure are well-maintained, safe, and meet our high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily maintenance operations (preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades)
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, guest rooms, and F&B areas
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments
  • Manage maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with hotel standards, safety regulations, and local laws

• Requirements:
  • Diploma/degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience in hotel maintenance or similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills
