About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic Management Trainees - Business Development to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, gain hands-on exposure, and drive impactful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research, outreach, and lead generation
• Create and maintain project documentation, timelines, and reports
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Candidate Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in Sales and Marketing (2025 Batch) only
• Basic understanding of business development and project management concepts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Refurb Business will be an added advantage.
