As a Management Trainee - Trainer & Hiring, you will be at the heart of shaping the future of our workforce. Your key responsibilities include: Final-Level Technical Interviews: Serve as the final-level interviewer and key decision-maker for hiring candidates for various RCM positions. Evaluate candidates' technical expertise and overall fit for the role in the Medical Billing domain. Train Freshers in RCM Processes: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to freshers on the essentials of RCM processes and US healthcare billing. Develop training programs that build foundational knowledge and skills from scratch. Support Hiring and Training: Collaborate in refining hiring strategies and training materials. Provide feedback and insights to enhance the overall hiring and onboarding processes.
