Support the design, development, and rollout of Sky47’s cloud product portfolio. Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure technical feasibility, performance, and scalability of products. Conduct competitive analysis, market benchmarking, and customer research to inform product roadmaps. Define service definitions, feature sets, and customer-facing documentation. Assist in crafting pricing models, bundling strategies, and business cases. Coordinate with marketing for go-to-market activities including product positioning and campaigns. Engage with enterprise clients, partners, and internal teams to collect feedback and identify enhancements. Monitor and report on key product KPIs including usage, uptime, support issues, and profitability.
