<p>We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Manager - Exports with a passion for expanding into African markets! If you have a proven track record in business development, export operations, and deep knowledge of African consumer markets, this is your chance to make a significant impact!</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute strategies for African markets, especially South Africa/SADAC and West Africa.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and partners to drive market penetration.</li><li>Manage end-to-end export operations (order processing, shipping, documentation, compliance).</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, finance, regulatory) to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Represent the company at international trade events and meetings.</li><li>Achieve sales and profitability targets to align with business objectives.</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For:</h3><ul><li>8-10 years of experience, with 5-8 years focused on African exports.</li><li>Strong understanding of export regulations, shipping documentation, and trade compliance.</li><li>Proven success in business development and sales operations in African geographies.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>
