Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Factory Manager with a strong background in mechanical manufacturing to lead the overall operations of our production facility. The ideal candidate will also drive business development initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Factory Operations Management Oversee daily factory operations, including production planning, quality control, inventory, and workforce management. Ensure adherence to manufacturing standards, safety norms, and statutory compliance. Monitor machine utilization, preventive maintenance, and downtime analysis. Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement (Kaizen/Lean/5S). Business Development Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base in mechanical manufacturing. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to convert leads into long-term business. Coordinate with clients for requirements, site visits, technical discussions, and execution feasibility. Represent the factory during client audits and project discussions. Team Leadership Lead, guide, and motivate factory staff to achieve production and business goals. Monitor team performance and support employee development and training initiatives. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with design, purchase, logistics, and finance departments for smooth operations. Ensure timely delivery of customer orders without compromising on quality.
