<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Financial Management & Reporting:</li><li>1. Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.</li><li>2. Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.</li><li>3. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and report on financial performance.</li><li>4. Ensure all financial reporting complies with company policies and applicable accounting standards.</li><li>Taxation & Compliance (Full Charge of GST):</li><li>1. Take full charge of all GST related activities - including timely filing of returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), handling assessments, refunds, and reconciliations.</li><li>2. Ensure complete compliance with direct and indirect tax laws (TDS, Income Tax, etc.).</li><li>3. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and legal professionals to ensure adherence to all statutory requirements.</li><li>4. Develop and implement strong internal financial controls and systems.</li><li>Business Data Integration & Analysis:</li><li>1. Integrate all business data from sales, supply chain, and production to provide a holistic view of business performance.</li><li>2. Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for management reporting.</li><li>3. Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for cost reduction, and areas for performance improvement.</li><li>4. Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making affecting the division. Preparing the MIS Reports, Monthly Dash Board, Quarterly and Yearly Financial Statements, Audit Reports, and other financial reports to keep track of financial performance.</li></ul>
