Job Description

<p>Human Resource Management</p><p>(1) Manage end-to-end recruitment process through online job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and referral-based channels<br/>(2) Oversee the onboarding, and employee orientation process<br/>(3) Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation<br/>(4) Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies<br/>(5) Manage performance appraisal and employee evaluation systems<br/>(6) Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment<br/>(7) Assist in policy development and organizational planning</p><p>Administrative Management<br/>(1) Supervise office administration and support staff<br/>(2) Maintain records and keep the online and offline files up to date<br/>(3) Ensure smooth office operations including supplies, facility management, and upkeep<br/>(4) Manage logistics for meetings, training sessions, and staff events<br/>(5) Coordinate with other departments regarding administrative support<br/>(6) Work closely with the company leadership</p>
