- Provide legal advice and support to the company on corporate, commercial, labor, and real estate issues.
- Handle land purchase, registration, mutation, lease, sale deeds, khatian verification, and title search.
- Draft, review, and vet agreements, MoUs, contracts, deeds, and power of attorney.
- Represent the company in courts, tribunals, and arbitration on civil, criminal, labor, and commercial disputes.
- Ensure compliance with Company Law, Land Law, Labor Law, Contract Law, and Export-Import regulations.
- Liaise with law enforcement, regulators, and external counsels.
- Maintain all legal documents, litigation records, and corporate files in a structured manner.
- Advise management on risk assessment, dispute resolution, and legal strategies.
