We are urgently hiring a Manager - Process for a leading API Pharma company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing plant processes, ensuring smooth operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in line with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage process operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance. Develop and optimize production processes for API manufacturing. Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards. Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Coordinate with cross-functional teams for troubleshooting and process improvements. Drive cost optimization, yield improvement, and waste reduction initiatives. Train and mentor team members for technical and operational excellence. Support audits and regulatory inspections. Qualifications & Experience: B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering. 12 - 15 years of relevant experience in API / Pharma (Process Department). Strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and process safety. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
