Key Responsibilities:

• 12 - 15 years of relevant experience in API / Pharma (Process Department).
• Lead and manage process operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance.
• Develop and optimize production processes for API manufacturing.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Drive cost optimization, yield improvement, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Train and mentor team members for technical and operational excellence.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and process safety.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
