Internal audit (to pick one area every month and do thorough checking); Dealing with auditors and responsible to complete statutory, TP, PF, WPPF as well as group audit. Preparation and submission of company tax returns. Posting of audit and MIS entries. Sales tax compliances; Income tax compliances; Secretarial compliances; Group Compliances; Query from other departments on compliances and legal matters. Help can be taken by consultants if required; Dealing with Insurance Companies; Debtors collection review and follow up with other departments, and customers if necessary. Arrange all types of reports based on the quarries on financial and reporting issues from the management as and when required. Carry out financial analysis as required across the business. Review and monitor the adequacy of systems, procedures, and other relevant records to ensure compliance with applicable local laws, regulations and accounting standards. Internal control process of FA verification and iinventory periodic stock counts. Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
