Unify Facilities Management is looking for a Manager Transition to lead and execute seamless transitions across multiple IFM verticals. The ideal candidate will have a basic to strong understanding of supply chain management (SCM), commercials, budgeting, and P&L. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end transition management for new and Retransition for existing projects. Ensure smooth integration of IFM services, aligning with client expectations. Coordinate with various departments, including SCM, finance, and operations, to optimize project execution. Develop transition plans, risk assessments, and cost evaluations. Monitor project budgets and ensure profitability. Travel as required based on project needs. Key Requirements: 3-4 years of experience in IFM transition management. Good knowledge of SCM, commercials, budgeting, and P&L management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel as per project demands.
