We are looking for a highly experienced Waterproofing Manager to oversee and manage all waterproofing activities on our high-rise MIVAN construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in waterproofing techniques, particularly in MIVAN structures, and a proven track record of successfully managing waterproofing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise all waterproofing activities on site.
* Ensure that all waterproofing work is carried out in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
* Manage and mentor a team of waterproofing engineers and supervisors.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
* Collaborate with other project teams to ensure seamless integration of waterproofing activities.

Required Skills:
