The Market Access Manager will play a critical role in enhancing product availability by formulating impactful value narratives for Companys portfolio. This position involves overseeing access-related activities, crafting strategies that support commercial objectives, and maintaining long-term market success through proactive collaboration with healthcare partners and decision-makers. Job Description Design and implement effective market entry and reimbursement strategies to support product uptake and commercial success. Work cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Brand Management, and Medical Affairs to ensure coordinated execution of access initiatives. Align access planning with overall product positioning by collaborating closely with marketing counterparts. Develop impactful value messages tailored to the priorities of payers, policy-makers, and healthcare institutions. Establish and nurture ethical, transparent partnerships with key external stakeholders to enable access objectives. Lead ongoing engagement efforts with healthcare payers and decision-makers to communicate the clinical and economic value of the product portfolio. Assess industry trends, policy shifts, and healthcare system changes to uncover access opportunities and mitigate potential risks. Adjust access plans and pricing strategies to stay aligned with evolving reimbursement frameworks and market regulations. Ensure all access-related initiatives comply with internal governance, external laws, and industry standards. Foster a culture of openness, trust, and compliance in all external engagements related to market access.
