We’re looking for a Marketing Communications & Branding Lead who will shape how our brand is seen, heard, and experienced.</p><ul><li>Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies.</li><li>Drive brand positioning, storytelling, and consistent identity across all platforms.</li><li>Manage PR, digital campaigns, and content creation to build visibility and engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals.</li><li>Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance.</li></ul><p>What we are looking for:</p><ul><li>4-5 years of cognate experience in marketing communication and brand management (preferably in a mid-sized organisation).</li><li>Strong skills in digital marketing, content development, and campaign execution.</li><li>Excellent communication, creativity, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Proven ability to lead projects and deliver measurable results.</li></ul>
