Dark Horse Millwork is a well-established custom millwork shop specializing in high-end cabinetry, furniture, and interior architectural elements. We are currently seeking a Master Carpenter / Cabinet Maker to join our team.

Position Requirements: We’re looking for a motivated, skilled, and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in craftsmanship and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Custom cabinet and furniture building
• Cabinet and millwork installations
• CNC machine operation and programming
• Edge banding and finishing work
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Working both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in custom woodworking and cabinetry
• Excellent finishing skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage timelines and work with minimal supervision
• Solid understanding of wood types, tools, and fabrication methods
• Experience with CNC equipment is a strong asset
• Good computer skills are an asset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
