Looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Planning Specialist with a strong command of Microsoft Excel to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating the materials required to ensure efficiency and meet the business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain material receiving schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Monitor material inventory levels and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain adequate stock.
- Analyze material consumption data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and improve workflow.
- Prepare regular reports for management review.
- Assist in the development and implementation of production strategies.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis, including formulas, queries, and pivot tables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Formulation-Power Query (M Language-Pivot)-Automation)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
