We are looking for a skilled Mechanical BIM Engineer to create and maintain detailed 3D models of mechanical systems for construction projects. The Mechanical BIM Engineer will collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and coordinated BIM models that meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain BIM models of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, etc.).
* Coordinate with other BIM modelers and engineers to ensure model accuracy.
* Review and analyze project requirements to create detailed BIM models.
* Identify and resolve clashes in BIM models.
* Prepare shop drawings and fabrication drawings from BIM models.

Required Skills:
* Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD MEP).
* Strong understanding of mechanical systems.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
