About the Role: Remote position (Bay Area preferred for occasional client visits) Design mechanical systems using SolidWorks (bonus for Solid Edge pros) Work with real materials - plastics, metals, composites, injection molding Design mechanisms, conveyors, fluidics, cabling, packaging, and more Bring ideas to life with 2D/3D modeling, BOMs, GD&T, and client input Interface directly with clients + cross-functional teams - no middlemen, no micromanagement We love engineers who: Think independently, solve creatively Work well with both scrappy startups & structured teams Communicate clearly (and dont overuse buzzwords) Actually enjoy what they do
