Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all mechanical or electrical project activities across residential facilities, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
Manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to meet project milestones and quality standards
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, lighting, and power systems as per project specifications
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams for seamless project delivery
Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards
Monitor project progress, control costs, and mitigate risks through proactive site management
Enforce HSE standards and ensure all activities comply with safety regulations
Prepare regular reports on project status, challenges, and mitigation actions
Support material take-offs, procurement tracking, and supplier coordination to meet execution timelines
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project executionpreferably in residential compounds or high-rise buildings
Deep understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems, codes, and execution practices
Proven experience in managing site teams and subcontractors
Familiarity with planning tools, reporting systems, and project control techniques
Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making capabilities
