Oversee 8 MW (33/11/0.440 KV) substation operations, perform energy analysis, and optimize utility costs. Manage the 5.0 MW diesel power plant (Bangla CAT 16-cylinder engine) and 4-ton fire tube boiler to ensure reliability and efficiency. Machinery & Utility Management: Design, install, modify, commission, and improve plant machinery and utility equipment. Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to enhance production quality. Drive cost-effective and efficient production processes in alignment with company goals. Procurement & Inventory Management: Source machinery, equipment, and spare parts from local and international suppliers. Conduct inventory analysis for efficient stock management and forecasting. SAP & Data Management: Manage SAP MM & PM modules within SAP S/4 HANA 2000 for maintenance and material management. Project Management & Compliance: Supervise installation, planning, operations, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems. Develop and manage engineering budgets, allocate resources, and ensure timely project completion.
