Must have experience in PDH, Utility & PP Plant as Supervisor/Lead. Handle all types of mechanical works involved in corrective, preventive, turnaround, and emergency maintenance. Interpret designs, drawings, and operations and maintenance manuals for locating and diagnosing trouble in mechanical equipment, components, and systems. Coordinate and allocate work to trade employees as per Advanced Co. job scope/supervisor direction. Strong supervisory background and practical experience in Millwright, Stationary Equipment, and Rotating Equipment. Analyze equipment failures, decide corrective actions, discuss with technical support engineers, and supervise repair procedures. Arrange tools, equipment, and technicians for jobs, plan and execute tasks, supervise technicians, and report/document equipment history and manpower consumption for each job.
