Roles and responsibility: Assist with non-clinical tasks including patient scheduling for follow-ups, imaging, and lab work. Prepare charts and ensure all documentation and testing are completed prior to appointments or surgeries. Facilitate the preauthorization process and serve as a liaison between patients and providers. Maintain effective communication with referring offices and internal staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Provide patients and team with timely updates related to appointments, testing, and treatment plans. Travel to multiple sites or work from alternate locations as needed. Bilingual or multilingual candidates preferred.
