We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Billing & Coding Specialist to join our team. The Medical Billing & Coding Specialist will be responsible for accurately coding medical procedures and diagnoses, submitting claims to insurance companies, and ensuring timely reimbursement. This role requires strong knowledge of medical coding systems, billing practices, and healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records and assign appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies and other payers.
• Follow up on denied or rejected claims and resolve billing issues.
• Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of coding and billing practices.

Required Skills

• Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS).
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Experience in medical billing and claims processing.
