Key Responsibilities

• Validate course treatments selected by doctors, based on symptoms and clinical notes
• Ensure compliance with AFC protocols and healthcare regulations
• Explain select medical results to patients over calls in a clear, empathetic manner
• Work with medical and operations teams to streamline workflows and ensure accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• MBBS degree (mandatory)
• Strong ability to interpret clinical documentation and treatment planning
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Patient-friendly communication style with attention to detail
• Compliance-oriented mindset with the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks
