Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate in-person interpretation (Japanese-English-Local Language) during hospital and clinic visits
- Facilitate clear communication of diagnoses, treatment plans, and medical instructions
- Guide patients through registration, billing, prescriptions, test results, and follow-ups
- Coordinate appointments, medicine collection, and report delivery
- Maintain detailed records of visits and services rendered
- Act as a cultural liaison, enhancing patient comfort and trust
- Participate in training to deepen medical terminology knowledge
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and accompany patients during after-hours visits
