Job Description

-To Identify training needs for the organization in the levels of Technical, Soft and Management skills.- To develop training manuals that cover company product therapeutic areas. -To prepare professional training plan that cover all training Gaps and matching with company strategic objective. -To prepare Individualized Development plan for employees based on company strategic objective, performance appraisal and succession planning. - To prepare annual training budget - To implement the approved training plan (In-house and outsourced) within the approved budget. - To measure the retention and skills gained from and their impact on work efficiency.
