Job Description
-Identify training needs within the organization (technical and soft).
-Develop training manuals covering the companys product therapeutic areas.
-Prepare a professional training plan that addresses all training gaps and aligns with the companys strategic objectives.
-Create individualized development plans for employees based on the companys strategic objectives, performance appraisals, and succession planning.
-Prepare the annual training budget.
-Implement the approved training plan (both in-house and outsourced) within the allocated budget.
