We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Designer / Drafter to join our team in Jeddah, KSA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in MEP design and drafting, with a strong emphasis on detailed design and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive MEP designs and shop drawings, including:
- Plumbing systems
- HVAC systems
- Water supply systems
- Chilled water systems
- Compressed air systems
- Fire fighting systems
- Perform duct and pipe sizing calculations.
- Design water tanks with all necessary connections.
- Design VAV piping systems, chiller systems, and fire fighting systems, adhering to Saudi Arabian and international codes.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP design and drafting.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
- Strong understanding of MEP codes and standards (NFPA, ASHRAE, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English.
