Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute all MEP works across Banking Sector facilities, ensuring quality and timelines Manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to meet milestones Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of systems (lighting, power, low current, fire alarm, HVAC, plumbing) Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams for smooth project delivery Review shop drawings, material submittals, and ensure compliance with safety codes Monitor progress, report site issues, and enforce HSE standards Support procurement planning and supplier coordination Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 35 years of experience in project execution, Banking Sector is a must Strong knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems and execution practices Proven ability to lead site teams and coordinate with stakeholders Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
