The MEP Quantity Surveyor is responsible for assisting the Cost Manager in managing the cost and commercial aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works in construction projects. This includes cost planning, procurement support, contract administration, change management, and valuation to ensure the project is delivered within budget while meeting technical and quality standards.
