Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Mining Supervisor to oversee and coordinate mining operations at our Konawe Utara site. The Mining Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient extraction of nickel ore, managing mining personnel, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily mining activities, including drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Manage and train mining personnel, including equipment operators and laborers.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of production, equipment usage, and safety incidents.
