We are seeking a skilled Multifamily Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the construction of mid-rise multifamily projects in the Tampa area. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in ground-up multifamily construction and excellent leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
