Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

• Experience of Datacenter network components & Cloud networking
• Working experience on routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), Understandings on Cloud computing & switching protocols (EVPN, VXLAN) Need to have Huawei certification or equivalent
• Working experience on network migrations. Strong Knowledge on Network Administration
• Configuration and troubleshooting knowledge on Routing, Switching and Wireless-LAN
• Configuration and troubleshooting experience in Huawei network devices (Routers, switches, WLC's & WAP's)
• Configuration & Troubleshooting knowledge in Firewalls (Cisco ASA, Firepower & VPN concentrator)
• Create/delete/modify/troubleshoot Security Policies / Access Control List (ACL).
• Create/delete/modify/troubleshoot NAT (Network Address Translation).
• Create/delete/modify/troubleshoot Site to Site VPN (IPSec, GRE Tunnel, DMVPN, ).
• Create/delete/modify/troubleshoot Client to Site VPN (SSL VPN).
• Create/delete/modify/troubleshoot Routing (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, static route, redistribution of routes between different routing protocols).
• Firewall troubleshooting (log analyses, traffic monitoring, traffic capture, identify application behavior, identify threats, propose and apply break-fix, manage firewall updates).
• WAN oaptimization, Capacity, performance and availability troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge in Cisco ISE & Prime Tool. Good Understanding of TCP/IP, Routing protocols,
• Good remote troubleshooting skills
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams
• Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
• Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 supports
